Clint, I’m living in the Philippines and often challenged to access certain sites in the U.S. so your providing me with past info has been greatly appreciated. Since you seem to be both very informed on mineral activity and graciously accommodating, I have another question you may be able to help with. My siblings and I have significant mineral rights in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana and would like to know what prospects, if any, there are in the future. A Mr. Richard Bean with Tagco, Inc. had the property leased for five years but it expired last year and not renewed. The property is identified as 1013.29 acres, MOL, in Section 12, 13, and 14 Township 1 South Range 4 East and Section 18 Township 1 South Range 5 East.

Any info or advice will, again, be greatly appreciated.
