Just looking for the right and wrong ways to sell my rights under Oklahoma (Kingfisher Co).
Classifieds might work as well as Craig's list but looking for correct way and to stay away from problems. It was sighted to be drill about 3 yr ago before ND & Penn took headlines.
Was a producer at one time and after I contoured producing levels (I have degrees in Geology) looks like the East side of the property would be a target and was told that is what the lessee had intended, but who knows.
I am aware that the common approach is to be asked to call the purchasing firm so they can wheedle and learn characteristics of the seller. I already know how little was paid for a similar amount and have researched it pretty well so far so do have a good feel for its worth.
