How to tranfer mineral rights to current heirs

I have a property on account (Currie 4104), in my mother’s name in Glasscock County, TX. She is deceased. They need legal transfer documents in order to transfer these to her heirs. How do I do this? Thanks, Kevin Hantle

I had to transfer ownership on mineral rights I inherited from my mother and was provided the documents to complete by the refining company. I had to file a completed heirship form in the county of the well, and once that was completed, I had to send a copy of the filed document along with her Will to the refinery company. They then sent division order documents to each of her heirs. Not sure if any of this will help you or if it is the same process for Texas.
