Representing Executor in Estate. Heirs (both in Germany) are NOT interested in owning fractional interests in EOG minerals in McMullen, TX. How best to sell? Need info to provide to executor.
The type of probate proceeding will determine the options and the executor’s attorney is in the best position to advise the executor. Use of executor indicates a will is involved so question is whether the administration an independent one of a dependent one and whether there is a power of sale in will. note in a dependent administration, executor will need court approval to sell.
