How do I get in touch with someone other than sending an email to the “owner relations” department to only get a response weeks later that don’t even answer my questions? I haven’t received a royalty check in two months and I would like to talk to the title analyst.

Has Diamondback told you that your account has been suspended or canceled due to title? If not, you need a response from accounting department about check status.
Have you sent a certified letter return receipt to the royalty owner/accounting department? Put your name, address, owner number and name of the wells and last check number in the letter. Also, check your division order to see what your minimum payment is. If it is at $100, you might have royalties less than that and they are collecting them until they meet the minimum. Also, if they have overpaid you for whatever reason and then discover it, they will just stop paying for a while until the difference is made up.
