My company owns mineral rights (only) in three (3) SE Missouri counties…how do I go about identifying the landowners of the properties, as I will need their permission to do any sampling?
County clerk’s office has all the records. The county assessor/treasurer can tell you who owns the surface or is paying property taxes on the land.
