I have 45 +- acres in Westmoreland County, PA. How can I get the word out I am willing to lease my property? TIA
I'd use the listings at the bottom of the homepage. That's a good place to start.
You might also visit the local courthouse or place where property records are kept. See if there are any landmen around and strike up a conversation.
Best of luck
Thank you for the reply. Just put a listing on the home homepage.
I recommend going to your local County Clerk and searching for any oil-and-gas leases filed in the last six to twelve months (in most cases, you can actually restrict your search results to ONLY oil-and-gas leases). Then get the unique names and addresses from those documents and call them up. Presto!
