I sold some of my mineral acres and to keep from paying taxes on the full amount I need to find out what it was worth per acre when I received it. Does anyone know what an acre sold for in Martin County in 2015 or know anyone who sold minerals in 2015?
You will have better luck if you post in Martin Co and the correct state.
