I have an oil and gas lease agreement that was my mother’s, for a large amount of land
1292.68 acres in Pondera County, Montana that was held by K2 up until 2004. She has passed away and when I called K2 I was told that they wanted to continue the lease, then referred to another department of theirs only to be told that they no longer wanted it. What I am wondering, is there any way to find out if a lease is in place for this land as there are others that are involved with the property.
