How to find out if deed was recorded

I’ve been going through papers of my mother and I know I have to have her will probated in Oklahoma. But while looking I found a notarized paper where her cousin sold half of his mineral rights in a Section in Grady County. Where do I check to find out? Also, it was dated 1993. Thanks Sammie
