How to find location of mineral rights

I inherited some minerals right located in Eddy County. Can someone tell me how to find the exact location and how to determine if there is any current drilling in that area.

Township 23 South, Range 27 east NMPM

Section 4: Lot 4 SW1/4NW1/4.

The South 13.25 acres of Lot 1, SE1/4, N1/2SE1/4
