It has been suggested to me that I “may” own an interest in various leases in Borden County, Texas. I have Survey, Block and Section information but can’t figure out how to find leases in those areas and how to search them to determine if I may have an interest. How do I find leases for a given area? Thank you!
TexasFile.com will allow you to search county index records. There is a charge for viewing or printing the document. TX is a Grantor/Grantee index system, so the clerk’s office does not file by legal description. You can search by name, then vie the document to see if the legal is a match.
