My husband inherited 3 shares of mineral rights of land in New York State. The township of Cold Spring County of Cattaraugus state of New York. It’s 308 acres more or less Section 89.003. Block 1 Lot 1. The last known lease agreement was in 1982 and was for 1 year. His mother died and we didn’t do anything with the shares and were wondering what do we do now? We aren’t sure who we need to contact. Any suggestions?
