3D seismic / acre? Gold Star Land Services is offering me $15/acre. My roads do not have rock on them and any heavy traffic destroys them. I have spent thousands just getting them to where they are now.
Depends upon the company. You could ask for gravel on roads they are going to use. We were able to get a good road around our pond in exchange instead of no money.
