Any idea on how much land this is? PART OF THE SE 1/4 NW 1/4, W 1/2 NE 1/4, S 1/2 SE 1/4, NE 1/4 NW 1/4, W 1/2 NW 1/4

I know how many owner involved just dont know how many acres this would be. The lease was confusing.

SE/4 of NW/4 is 40 acres

W/2 NE/4 is 80 acres

S/2 SE/4 is 80 acres

NE/ NW/4 is 40 acres

W/2 NW/4 is 80 acres

Grand Total=320 acres.

HOWEVER, "part of" means that it could be anything less than and including 320 acres. There's no way to know without going farther back in the chain.
