How do you know if they are drilling?

Is there anyplace on the RRC or anywhere you can look to see if the oil company is drilling? I know they have received a permit and it is approved. But did not know if there was a place on the internet that you could look to see if they are drilling yet. I look at the RRC to check the completions. Just wondering.

If you will check the permit for the well on the RRC website once they start drilling there will be a spud date near the top of the permit which will be the date they started drilling and next to it will be the date they set the casing. Completions sometimes take up to six months even longer to be filed depends on the operator,
