Does anybody know about this section in Stephens County?

Terry, I guess you are leased and Ferrell is wanting to buy. The closest well I could find with any long-term production numbers was in 17-2-4 and for the ten months from 2/12 to 11/12 it would have paid a 3/16th royalty interest about $2,500 an acre a year before any deductions. 17 is about a mile southeast of you. There are many very good wells in 2-4, some sections already more than one well which should be the case for most sections in 2-4 in time, that $2,500 above is for one well. That is why Ferrell wants to buy.
