How do you find out what a scheduled future OCC docket hearing is about?

We have mineral interests in two sections leased by the same operator, adjacent sections 16 and 9 of 22N 04E. The operator changed plans and delayed drilling scheduled on section 16, apparently due to a hearing scheduled in December for section 9. That's all I know, no specific date or anything about what the issue is. Also, I'm not yet a mineral rights holder of section 9, only section 16.

When I go to a link for the Oklahoma Corporation Commission docket schedule I only get a week's schedule. Reading the info provided there also just barely gives a hint of maybe a category the issue lies in. ftp://ftp.occ.state.ok.us/dockets/docket/week.pdf

Is there a way for me to find out a lot more about when this hearing is and what it's about?

thanx

Larry, Companies planning to drill have to submit several applications to the OCC for orders allowing them to drill. On the left side of the page you will see terms like Spacing, Pooling, Location Exception and Increased density. These orders must be approved before a drilling Permit can be applied for. Most if not all of the items on the dockets have already been recommended by a hearing Judge and are on the commissioners docket for final order and signing.
