Our group was approached by an end buyer to purchase mineral rights in McKenzie County, North Dakota. I don’t know where they are, or if they are producing. We did not even know that we had acreage there. How do I find out?
You will have to search the County records or hire a landman to run title.
Ask them to give you a copy of title run.
