How can you find the date when a well went into Confidential Status?

I just signed a Division Order for Ha-Mogen 152-95-0805H-3 and already receive royalties for 0805H-1 and 0805H-2. Now when I look around I see this...Is there a place to find out what day they went into Confidential Status? Thanks

HA-MOGEN -1 production slowed to 1 day in feb 2012 and has not produced in the last year.

HA-MOGEN -2 is a great well, producing 327,162 barrels in 16 months February being the last months production I can see and producing 11,448 barrels in February.

All permits for wells have confidential status, whether they are currently being drilled or not. 25144 -5 -6 were found in 152-95-5 and I think they are just permits because they have no spud dates. When the wells actually do get drilled and the "true" confidential period begins, a search of the confidential list will give the date in which the confidential period ends. I hope this helps.

I looked in the wellfiles and didn't see any explanation why HA-MOGEN-1 ceased production.
