We are planning to sell our 70-acre land with Mineral Rights in Wetzel County and need guidelines from the professionals. We live in New York and are planning to make a trip to Wetzel County on Wednesday the 14th to settle for a good deal with good buyers. We are open to options to lease it or sell it, whatever gets us a better offer. There were a few companies interested in getting our land in the past, but we were not ready at that time. Now we are planning to settle, but we don’t have much idea how these things work and what offer is a good offer. Anybody out there please provide some suggestions and possible contact person.
