We are planning to sell our 70 Acre land with Mineral Rights Wetzel county and need a guidelines from the professionals. We live in New York and planning to make a trip to Wetzel county on Wednesday the 14th to settle for a good deal with good buyers, we are open for a options to lease it or sell it whatever get us a better offer. There were few company interested to get our land in the past but we were not ready at that time. Now we are planning to settle but we don't have much idea how this things works and what offer is good offer. Anybody out there please provide some suggestions and possible contact person.
