Back in the 1930s my grandfather purchased mineral rights for 40 lots in Oklahoma County Oklahoma. All deeds are for lots within a subdivision. One example is a deed that lists “Lots 19 and 20, Block 1, Phillips &Meade / East Side Addition”. Oklahoma County data base doesn’t seem to use this type of property description. To my knowledge none of these that we own have ever been leased so I’m guessing it’s probably not a very productive area. But I sure would like to try to figure this out.

I found the neighboring properties: The described properties would be between 3rd Street and 4th Street just West of present day Blakeney Pl, possibly in an industrial or drilling site just West of the railroad track..
