I have an oil well on my property and am having issues with the operator not taking care of the well and the well not producing for over 3 years. He has been violated twice and does enough to move past it. I was told to find the owners of the mineral rights and start there; they supersede him. Any thoughts?
Actually, I would start with the Kentucky oil and gas commission and go through them first since they are the regulatory body.
