Any info about Native drilling a horizontal well that was authorized last month by the OCC?

Three wells are permitted in 17 & 20. That is why you are getting offers. Depending upon your lease and number of net acres, $5000/ac may be only a starting offer. You can not sell, sell all or sell part.

Will these three wells affect my minerals in 18?

They will not affect your production in Sec 18. If they are successful, they may make your minerals in 18 more valuable if the wells are in the same zone that you have.

Sadie: Native (NEO now), has drilled both of these wells. They intend to drill 2 more from Sec. 8 into Sec. 17.
