Cam, the general rule of thumb is that if the long lateral [1 mile or more] is in a section you own minerals in, you have royalty owed you for any production.
Cam, what twnship,range, and section, most of divide county is in 1280 spacings, and increasing to 2560 spacings, so it would depend on the industrial commision spacings for your specific lease, each spacing has a set back footage so not to incringe on any other mineral rights. in short need more info, to broad of a question, to give you a correct answer.
