Can you advise if there are any horizontal wells running through Sections 22 Township 9N Range 8W and Section 26 Township 9N Range 8W? If so, am I eligible for royalties?
Savage 2H-15-22H was spud on August 3, 2022 and completed on 12-5-22 by Citizen Energy III LLC. The completion report has not yet been filed. The well shows up on the OK tax site with an active date o 1/23/23, so payments should show up in late June or July. You should be getting a Division order if you are eligible for royalties in 22.
Section 26 does not have a horizontal well at this time.
