Does anyone know of any new leasing activity in Hood County Texas? I have roughly 500 acres that are surrounded by producing properties and it was leased in the mid 2000's but it was never drilled. That lease has expired and I am looking to lease again now that prices have become a little more reasonable. Any information would be helpful. Thank you and best wishes!
