Hello, can someone point me in the right direction? We confirmed some rights in Garvin County, Oklahoma, but were advised to consider hiring a landman to confirm title. Is there a contact that someone may know in Garvin County, Oklahoma, to help us find a reputable landman? This also includes McClain and Pawnee Counties. Thanks.

Not all landmen are the same. We hired one a few years ago. He actually left us with more questions than answers. My advice is the fee is what determines the knowledge, a cheaper landman which is what we got will not get you the results you want.
I have found that contacting one of the Attorneys in the directory for the forum with a nice email will result in a good Land man contact at no cost from the Attorney.
