Well Hilcorp is still messing around with my mineral interests …since 9/19 each check has gone down…now I am receiving no check at all. Owner relations tell me they are correcting prior adjustments [ppa] from back in 2017 when they paid me estimates based on Conoco . This feels so fishy and no one could tell me if this is a one time thing or will this be my new norm…Anyone feel they are being robbed??? Maureen underwood
The adjustments should be relatively nominal. However, if it’s a correction for over a 3 year period then it sounds like it’s quite significant. Have you reviewed your check details to see the amount of oil and gas volumes that are being paid on and how much they’ve decline? And did your “interest” ever change? I would doubt it.
