My last three royalty checks have shown very high owner deductions taken out of my check. Minerals in ND. Contacted oil company several times, promised a call back but no one calls me back.
North Dakota leases generally do allow post production charges unless you have a lease that does not allow them. They are particularly higher for gas wells. Send a certified letter return receipt to the operator with your questions. Include the name of the well, your name and owner number. Keep copies of all correspondence and the return receipt card.
