Im new to this, trying to help my grandma figure out what is going on with her mineral rights she inherited. After her mother passed away 20 years ago she received one payment of $50 and then nothing else. My grandmas mother received a monthly royalties check i believe. Does anybody know anything about this property? Is there active wells here and if so what are the oil company names? Thank you for your help!

rectangle. Box 11 appears to be the Lois Brewster Murphy land, and Box 12 the Ramon
Valdez Tract. No active oil and gas wells appear to be on that land.
