Help needed for understanding Oklahoma Corporation Commission document

I think I've figured out how to find the submitted documents to OCC for my property. It looks like there were drilling permit applications filed on consecutive days and the best I can tell Highmount paid $500 to have it walked through the process for approval. I can't tell for sure that it was approved. Can anybody assist me in reading these two documents? Here's the link (I hope it works):

Larry you have two documents for your well, you can click on images on the well informatioon and then click on the magnifying class nect to doc. number to read them, they are drilling applications which are good for 6 months or a year not for sure which one. the next document that will show up on the list should be 1000A Which will be a spud report or another words they have started to drill.

Thanx Richard

it sounds like you've inferred the answer to my primary question - It was approved? I haven't seen that stated outright but take that inference with the approval and expiration dates filled in (6 months). But on one page I saw the status as ND, and I'm unsure what that means.

... and thanx again for filling me in on what to expect next. It was the inevitible next question :~}

Larry the correct number for the spud report is 1001A.

soo.. next question if there's any takers.

In looking at the drilling permit it gives a rig location which is obviously where the hole begins. Then it gives a location where the hole is expected to end. In this case it will begin in the NW corner of the section and end in the SW corner of the section. Actual depth at about 3750 and including horizontal about 7400 feet. My 80 acres is in the NE corner of the section.

My questions - Why did they bother pooling me into this hole? Is there any potential downside from my perspective?

Larry the reason they pooled you in was because the spacing for the well was 640 acres which is normal for horizontal wells. They have six months to drill or then they will have to reapply for a permit. if they pooled this section i would think you will see a spud report any time since it get expensive with all the paperwork. If this should hit a nice well there is a possibility that in the future they could drill several more wells so they can drain the entire sectionof the oil and gas. The Mississippian formation is very good at producing very nice oil wells, so good luck in the near future.
