Hi, I’m new at these MR things . my # 1:question is on my inheriated land of 3.5583 Net acre Mineral interest land is in caddo county section 36-7N-11w what activity is there now drilling or ect. Ect. I took a 1st offer of $500 p acre 3yr PD up lease w a 3/16 royalty provision from mclinn land services,llc #2 Is what is best for me to do now and the chances of profits coming of any of it to my family.
