Hi, I’m new at these MR things. My #1 question is on my inherited land of 3.5583 net acre mineral interest land in Caddo County Section 36-7N-11W. What activity is there now drilling or etc.?

I took a 1st offer of $500 per acre 3-year paid-up lease with a 3/16 royalty provision from McLinn Land Services, LLC.

#2 Is what is best for me to do now and the chances of profits coming from any of it to my family. Thank you.

There is not a Township 7N in Caddo County, so we would need the correct legal description before anyone can help you.
