Help! I need a Lawyer, someone to look over my proposed lease

Hello! I recently received a lease offer for my minerals in TX. I have a Lawyer friend who said this is a very special area of study and she can't help. There are a lot of red flags popping up from what I'm reading. I've done my homework, but, I have no idea how to re-write my lease so that I am protected and I receive my Bonus in a timely fashion. Can someone help? Thank you.

You could try talking to one of the forum sponsors that do lease negotiations. There are also a few attorneys that post on the forum. You're wise to obtain a good lease form, as that can prove to be more valuable than the lease bonus.
