Section 25, Township 149N, Range 95W
Section 26, 35, Township 149N, Range 95W
Section 33, Township 149N, Range 95W
Section 34, Township 149N, Range 95W

You can look up the wells on the North Dakota Oil and Gas Commission site.
Sec 25, T149N, R95W Chord Energy Bobber wells 4 horizontals with section 36
Sec 26/35, T14N, R 95W Chord Energy horizontal TAT wells 10 wells with section 35.
Sec 33, T149N, R95W Chord Energy more horizontal TAT wells. I think I see 11 with section 28
Sec 34, T149N, R95W Chord Energy Veeder 8 horizontal wells with section with section 27

As far as “value”, there are many ways to look at it. Probate value, value of remaining reserves, fair market value, etc. So you need to clarify the type.
