Major County, Oklahoma. I live in Tennessee and hired an attorney in Major County to have my late mother’s will probated in 2014. I am not receiving nearly the same revenue as she did. Could someone please help me determine if these are producing? Much thanks for any guidance.
26 - Sandridge has 2 mile horizontal on W2 of Section, you would not be included based on description above.
17 - production stopped on old vertical well in 2016.
19 - no production.
29 - no production.
26 - same as answer above.
I so very much appreciate your help!
Hello, KET,
I live in Maine and have mineral rights in Township 22 in Major County, where my wife grew up. Royalties have varied wildly over the eight years since my wife died and I inherited her estate. While she was alive the three 10-acre plots produced tiny royalties, then for a few years the royalties multiplied by a factor of nearly 10. Now, they are down again by about 90%, so my guess is that the wells are near depletion. The operators are Staghorn (tiny royalties) and Sandridge (about 20% of what they were 2017-2024). Good luck with your quest.
Thank you for your reply, turkeyman. I’m sorry for your loss. I’ve never heard of Staghorn but was receiving monthly revenue from Sandridge for several years. I also receive royalties from Commanche monthly. Based on the other comment from SRT1984, I should not be receiving any revenue? So confused.
