Looks like Apache is only company active in your area. As you probably know they completed a well in Sec. 10 at the start of last year but for some reason only produced it a couple of months before shutting it in. They filed another permit there last April but I can’t tell if it has been drilled. Since they filed a third permit there that was approved in December it looks like they still have plans on drilling more wells.

Can’t help you on current lease value of that section. I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about how tough Apache is to deal with on leasing in areas where there is no real competition.
