My husband and I leased out our land in 2011. The lease has changed hands several times . We weren’t notified the last time it was sold but after making some calls got the name of the company that bought it. We tried contacting them and were told that they had gone out of business. Anyway, we haven’t been able to find who now owns our lease. We haven’t received a check since November 2015 so would like to locate the company and see where the lease stands. Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
