I would like to find other land owners in my area that have information on what type of offers have been presented to them for leasing or selling their mineral rights. I have gotten very low offers so far. And have experienced more than 50% less offer on lease contract. Have not signed yet on anything.
It works better if you post in the State and then the county where you have minerals and add a location such as abstract or section, township and range. Folks that monitor those counties will be looking there. Lease offers are much lower this year as the competition is the driving factor.
