I have 20.4 acres of mineral rights in S2 Township 6N-Range 3W. Also, my sister and cousin also have equal amounts. Our current lease expires 4/8 with Charter Oak. According to a phone message, they would like to renew the 3-year lease for $150.00 per acre, 3/16. I haven’t been able to find any other activity in the immediate area to validate or not the offer.
Anybody familiar with McClain County, Oklahoma leasing?
