Has this well been plugged?

I’ve tried looking on the OCC website for info but I obviously don’t know what I’m doing. Can anyone out there tell me what is up with a well in either Section 1 or 2 Township 13N Range 19W? The well name is Loretta 1-1. My sister and I inherited the mineral rights from our mother who passed in 1997. Up until last year we were getting checks from ConocoPhillips but nothing lately.

The well is not showing as plugged. Burlington (Conoco?) is listed as operator. No production over the last 12 months according to the Ok Tax site.
