It is three years later and my lease with Viper / Darkhorse in Sec.2 T16N R9E has expired. They paid out a large amount of bonus payments and drilled nothing. Which is fine because we now have the option to lease again. Google earth and drill permits show very little activity in the area. If anyone knows anything different please post. I am reviving this old post in hopes of contacting J-Goodall who has interest in the same lease. They have filed an amended completion report correcting a simple location correction on a vertical well that was drilled in 1949 it came in at 670bbl/day. sec.30 17n 10e Google earth shows a large gravel pit next to the well.
