Hello. My oil/mineral rights in Gaines County have been free for about 11 months. I have just been contacted by a landman representing Two Pak Development, offering $500.00 per acre, 3 years w/2 year extension and 25%. I was wondering if anyone has heard of them or had any dealings. Thank you in advance.
I find a Pak Development LLC-Midland, Texas/Mineral buyer. I don't see where they are a producer. I checked the last 200 approved permits for Gaines County and do not see where they have any approved permits.
Texas Oil and Gas directory does not list Two Pak Development as a legitimate oil and gas company.
