My family has recently been approached from Newkumet, Inc about leasing mineral rights that they own. Wanted to know if anyone has ever worked with them before and get an idea of how they operate. I am not real impressed so far.
No have not heard of them, we leased with Lincoln Land and Title, good bonus and royalty, but also check around and talk to a good oil & gas attorney before signing, Ty Wood is booked up, but there is Tom Reese and David Cotton.
