All three are actively leasing in Lawrence county Johnson county and other EKY counties. Gulfland and Exterra are landmen amassing acres under lease to be resold later to drillers. TerraNova does some exploration supposedly. All three are in the $80-$200 per acre bonus range and 12.5% royalty range. Gulfland is out of La, Exterra is out of Tn and TerraNova is out of Moorehead.
