I own the mineral rights no surface rights 112 acres Abstract A -196 Bombarger/ Asa Hartsfield survey. There seems to be 7 individual owners of this track which was sold many years ago. I inherited the deed to the mineral rights in 1993. Im searching to see what the value may be or if anyone is interested to purchase or what to do with the mineral rights.
