Hi, my family currently has a mineral lease on 160 acres of 13-27N-8W in grant county to expire June 2014. Would like to continue with another lease on the property. Is there currently activity in this area? We’ve always been approached by a landman in the past, but as the lease is about to expire, we aren’t quite sure how or if we should contact a landman. Any thoughts?
