Has anyone received any offers to lease or purchase lately? I own 10 acres in 35-27N-7W and am curious if anyone has had any activity.

Thanks!

Doesn't look like any OGLs have been filed this year. Any offer to purchase or lease?

There were poolings filed in 2011 for 27 & 32 in 2012 in 28 & 33. In the pooling Co. was ordered to offer $500 for 3/16th or no cash and 1/5 th.

Ron, how can I look up pooling orders? I'm assuming on the OCC website, but I haven't had much luck.

Thanks for the info!

If you have the # it is not hard. Harder without the #. When I first started I had my PC on OCC site, called them told them what I was looking for and they walked me through it . They were very helpful every time I called, and it was many. Sandridge is very active around you. in 27n-6w they have more then one well drilled or drilling in section23,25,&35. In 26 they have a well that tested over 400 BOD and one in 35 that tested over 300. One in 33 only tested about 40 BOD . It looks like they are active in 26n-7w also. looks like they just started looking in 27n-7w

Thanks Ron!
