Section 4-9N-5W has pending cases for increased density and more horizontal wells. Roan Resources
Section 31 Newfield had a pooling back in May 2018. Horizontal well.
Nosely Scoop had horizontal well pending in 32. Dismissed.
If you are getting offers to buy, that is probably why. I would not sell with the pending royalties coming in. If your situation is different, then that is a different discussion.
