You have the Haygood that was drilled from Section 25 into 24 & 13. Not a bad well.
Ask if that is the best they have offered in your section. Sometimes you can get a written agreement that if they pay anyone a better rate within the next 6 months or if the pooling order reflects a higher rate that they will come back and pay you the difference.
In 2012 their pooling order for Section 24 reflects $950 and a 1/5. I would at least ask for that amount. Worst they can do is turn you down.
